Emotional Control: put the best part at the end
Who are you?

Your emotions reflect your beliefs.

The only reason you react so strongly to the world, is because you don't think you are strong, don't think you are safe. If you did, then you would be reacting to inconveniences or even challenges, not threats.

Life is a rollercoaster, what goes up must come down. Every bad thing is followed by a thousand more things. Some of them are good, and some especially good.

It is always darkness before dawn.

So stick with your fears and look for good to follow.

Life has disturbing and frightening things and wonderful things and we go through them.

Don't shrink from negative thoughts, but instead be sure to end them on a hopeful note--on an uptick. What ends well is well, and telling your mind that good things can come will calm it. It will allow it to feel safer and allow things to be good.
