No shock to me

My observations were right regarding the boy I gave an induction to on Monday,
He'd been placed on night shift to stack the shelves,
But as the night progressed he started being homophobic towards another male member of staff,
This was reported not only by the abused but also two other colleagues to the shift manager,
As the boy was on a probationary period he was dismissed,
I genuinely feel sad people behave like that, it was the boys first job with a good company where there were plenty of opportunities to further your career,
Never mind it's tea time.
