Day 43 Uncertain and Jefferson Texas

We are taking the plane to Texas. Security was slow. We got through it. We boarded the plane. It was just us, not extra people. That is good. I am reading a Danielle Steel Book. Everyone else is playing games.

We get off the plane and go to our hotel rooms. There are long horn decorations on the door. Pictures of horses and cattle. We get unpacked. Some neat western scenes. I think of Heartland and Dallas. Hope we don't run into JR Ewing.

We take taxis and go to Spanish moss covered Cyprus trees. We get in boats and travel over the swamp land. It feels strange. Giant Phantom Jelly Spooky Kooky Krista SpookyBee and me keep our hands inside the boats. Cypress moss falls on us. We go to a park in northeast Texas. Everyone is going on a kayak. Not me. I am at a rest area sitting on a picnic bench just watching the scenery. I see deer. I see a heron. There are trees with branches that hang low. Orange flowers on trees. The trees are strange and look like a fantasy land. A couple in a big boat that looks like a platoon boat, stop and asked if I want to ride with them. I met them at the hotel. I tell them thanks and get in with them. I feel safe with them. We talk and look at the scenery and the boat is breezy.

We next go to Guadalupe Mountains National Park. I am hiking along the trails. A Warped Witch I Be Šuŋgmánitu Tȟáŋka WakeUpAndLive~NOV Word Monger SpookyBee are kayaking down the water. Giant Phantom Jelly AmyJo-Zombie hours Spooky Kooky Krista and me walk around the trails and get some ice cream sundaes at the gift shop and cafe. I buy some postcards and keychains. I bought a Texas plate.

We go back to out hotel rooms. We are going to the casinos. We all won money. There are jewelry stores near by and I buy a nice amethyst, diamond ring. This has been another fun adventure.
