Moses was given this optochin by God.

Moses received the Ten Commandments from God on Mount Sinai.
Moses broke the Ten Commandments when he saw the people parting.

Moses went back up Mount Sinai to God and got new tablets.
The Arc of the Covenant caried the Ten Commandments.

The Speaker of Congress USA Jonson witnessed a sacrifice of a red heffer.
He went to Isreal to see the sacrifice and bring the return of Jesus.
That would bring the Apocalypse...
