A blog devoted just to my scriptwriting. That’s all I’m going to blogging about here. |
The Same as Yesterday, But Reversed I’m not sure how this happened, but I got another two hundred and seventeen sentences written early yesterday evening to early this morning. Only it’s reversed. The Story Outline for Episode One of my Water Wars scriptwriting project says the same for this weekend. It’s the two Scene Outlines are the ones that have been reversed. The sentences I wrote for early Saturday evening and early Sunday morning were one hundred sentences for Part Four of my Water Wars mini-series Scene Outline and seventy-five sentences for Part Five. It was seventy-five sentences for Part Five and one hundred sentences for the Episode One Scene Outline. That makes them opposites of each other. That’s right. Not only did I start writing the sentences for Episode One of my Water Wars television series, but I also almost got all the sentences written for it. I only have fifty more sentences to write before I finish writing the sentences for the Episode One Scene Outline. I wanted to get all of the sentences for Episode One written yesterday during my twelve-hour shift at work, and I thought that I was going to do that for a long time, but it didn’t work out that way. Maybe I could have gotten another twenty-five written early this morning, but not fifty. Why didn’t I have the time to get these fifty sentences written early yesterday evening to early this morning? What is the usual reason why I can’t do that? It’s because of my responsibilities. This shift doesn’t usually have too much that I need to do work-wise, but yesterday evening and this morning, it had a lot more than it usually does. As a result, I still have fifty sentences that I need to write before I finish writing the sentences for Episode One of this project. I was planning on doing that today, but a few things that my brother and I needed to do today stopped me from getting that done. The fifty sentences weren’t the only reason why I didn’t get them written today. With only a few days away from the first of October, I was wondering what the prompt was for October. I think it will be the ‘What a Character’ Short Story prompt, but I could be wrong about that. While I was thinking about that, I realized I hadn’t created and entered the WDC Contest for this month yet. That is what I have been doing today, instead of continuing on my Water Wars scriptwriting project. Unfortunately, I barely had time to do that and this blog entry because of what my brother and I needed to accomplish today. We didn’t need to do that much, but it took us almost all day to do it. |
