A blog devoted just to my scriptwriting. That’s all I’m going to blogging about here. |
Plus, Seventy-Two Sentences I wasn’t as far along with my documents as I thought that I was regarding my Calkin Cove scriptwriting project. My paragraph Story Outlines and Scene Outlines are all in black. After all, that is what the industry wants to see. The sentences for my Act Breakdowns, Story Outlines, and Scene Outlines are for only my benefit. The sentences for my Act Breakdowns, Story Outlines and Scene Outlines are used to help me write my paragraph Story Outlines and Scene Outlines that I use to write my scripts. If an Agent, Producer, etc. is interested in my scripts, they often want to see a Story Outline, a Scene Outline, or both. They also want to see them in only black. My Act Breakdowns, sentence Story Outlines, and sentence Scene Outlines are only in black. They are the colors of black, red, and blue. The black is usually for my main characters in these Act Breakdowns, Story Outlines, and Scene Outlines, and the red is usually for my secondary characters. The color blue is always for my fives and tens. That isn’t true with my Calkin Cove scriptwriting project, though. After all, I have six main characters who alternate between Acts. So, instead of characters representing my blacks, reds, and blues, it’s for my storylines associated with these characters that are in the Act Breakdown, Story Outline, and Scene Outline for this project. Luckily, updating the colorization of my Act Breakdown, Story Outline, and Scene Outline for this project didn’t take me too long to accomplish. It also didn’t take me too long to create the paragraph Story and Scene Outlines for this project. I thought it would take longer to create these paragraph documents, but it wasn’t that long. I still had about three hours to work on the sentences for my Act Breakdown for my Calkin Cove scriptwriting project. As a result, I got seventy-two sentences written today for this project. Unfortunately, they aren’t the sentences that I originally thought for this project. There are a lot of them that I need to adjust for these characters. The storylines are still the same. It’s how they are represented in this movie that needs some adjusting. I will be doing that adjusting tomorrow when I return to working on this phase of this project. How long will it take me to finish adjusting this? I don’t know, but I don’t think it will take me too long to accomplish it. How long does it take me to adjust these character storylines isn’t my only problem I need to deal with tomorrow. I also need to deal with what my brother and I need to get accomplished tomorrow. As far as I know, my brother and I don’t have too much we need to do tomorrow, but it wouldn’t be the first time I was wrong about that. If what my brother and I need to do tomorrow doesn’t take me too long to accomplish, I should have plenty of time to get these adjustments done and to start working on my sentence Story Outline tomorrow. How far I will get on this Story Outline, I don’t know. After all, it depends on how much time I have to work on this project tomorrow. |
