Raven, The antagonist, smokes Camel Crush Cigarettes. Uses matches or a zippo lighter to light them. He works as a businessman for the AON company in London. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aon_(company)

Here are the cable cutters that are used to cut the brake cables.

Motive for the first murder (victim: Abraham), to stop him from inheriting the property his great uncle owned and had put in his will for him before he died. Jealousy, because Abraham got the job he had wanted and was better at a lot of things than Raven.

Raven had helped the uncle as a financial advisor prepare and plan out the will. He could not convince the uncle to cut Abraham out of the will. Abraham had been made CEO of one of the uncle's investment businesses that he had owned and operated.

Later he decided he could marry Abraham's widow and get the inherited property for himself. He could easily eliminate the widow just as he had her husband if needed.

One murder occurred, random victim, to test his technique for sabotaging Abraham's car. It had worked flawlessly. Another victim, Jennifer Kerry, had dumped him and humiliated him publicly. The fourth victim witnessed him tampering with Jenifer's car and had tried to blackmail him only to end up with the same fate, only he was bludgeoned to death. This will be the one found on the inherited property. A hammer will be the murder weapon here.

The evidence will be the murder weapons, blood found on the crime scene, forensic evidence, a reoccurring business logo, a matchbook from a certain company, overheard conversation, hired informants, footprints, fingerprints and circumstantial.

Suspects: Ayah, the gardener, the butler, an ex-girlfriend of Abraham's, a family friend, a cousin, a co-worker and Ayah's ex-boyfriend. Each one of these should be investigated and ruled out. Should I add more suspects? Ayah's parents, his parents, a neighbor who is x-army sergeant, a couple of random people? Maybe. Should there be more victims? Will there be an attempt on Ayah's life? I should also list evidence for each suspect.

Obviously, the tool used to cut the brake cables can be linked to the act. The hammer can be linked to the other victim.
