I ordered a purple Kate Spade Purse from Kate Spade, the day before Thanksgiving. It was scheduled to be here a week later on Wednesday. Wednesday came and went. The emails kept saying it will be the next day. It got here Monday. It was 5 days late.

My husband has an electric auto repairs store. He orders parts and FedEx is always late. They don't care about their customers. So sad.

The US Mail. I ordered a Downton Abbey Book. I got the package. It was empty! The book said contents were removed and the box was damaged. Porch pirates before it even got to my door.

The delivery of mail and packages has been this way since Covid! I guess we just hope things improve. I am fedup!
