Dec 13: I'm trying to remember where and when, but grilled fish (stuffed with lemon grass and salted) is a stable throughout Isaan. There are huge lakes, mighty rivers (Kong, Mun, Chi), canals, ponds and rice fields everywhere. People eat many types of fish. These white fleshed fish are salted and grilled. And taste wonderful! I'm sure I've posted a photo and/or video before, but this is one of my favorite foods. #fish #grilledfish #saltedgrilledfish #IsaanFood #thaifood

Eg prøver å hugse kvar og når, men grilla fisk (fylt med sitrongress og salta) er ein fast rett gjennom heile Isaan. Det er store innsjøar, mektige elvar (Kong, Mun, Chi), kanalar, dammar og rismarker overalt. Folk et mange typar fisk. Desse kvitfleska fisken vert salta og grilla. Og smakar fantastisk!
