I Did It! Again!
Yesterday at 5 p.m. WDC time, I crossed that no-longer-mythical NaNoWriNMo threshhold with 50,341 words toward my second novel. I completed this year with more than a day to go; last year's goal was reached with only one and a half hours to spare.
The big difference is I believe I will actually complete this one--I like what I'm writing. I can safely say there's a lot of things in this draft that will never survive a final edit, but I think the story has potential. Right now it's a bit over the top, even for me. More to come on this.
So much has happened since my last blog entry. Needless to say, NaNo comsumed all my writing these last thirty days. Even my reviewing was pretty much placed on hold. That, I regret.
More to come on all that too. At least after I catch my breath. Later, my friends.
