I've never intentionally written anything bad before. There, that's better. So it was quite the amusing exercise to write my entry for the "Invalid Item" . I thought of having the most ridiculous way of having people speak, and decided it would be the mixture of Shakespearian and modern English I settled on for my story

I don't know how I settled on the story that I did, but suddenly I realized, this story isn't going anywhere, and I need to end it pretty soon. Might as well have my narrator die! lol





I ran right up against the 1000 word limit in the end, which makes me a little sad I can't add in any more over the top adverbs and adjectives, but I found myself giggling as I was writing so I'll just consider it as acceptable. I just hope when I read it again tomorrow I still find it as funny as while I was writing it!





I encourage everyone who reads this to check out the contest and throw in an entry themselves. That little abomination that I wrote was almost as fun as singing karaoke. Except that, ya know, my karaoke singing is good.
