Napowrimo poem # 30 April 23, 2016 Words 171 Lines 30 Wildflowers and bunnies By Lisa Noe ![]() In a field of wildflowers A bunny family lives, Munching on the clover leaves Growing all around. There is a little girl who Visits there each day, To feed the bunnies carrots; As she picks wildflowers For her mother. She liked To play make believe and The rabbits were her friends. They were not afraid of her On her they did depend. She brought there food most Every day and knew each one by Name. She called them she named Them after the famous rabbits she Had known since she was younger. There was Flopsy, Mopsy, Peter, and Bugs, Roger and Rhinestone too. Rhinestone was her favorite because She was the runt, she was not named For a famous bunny but had an original Name. Rhinestone was a tiny tot who Loved the clover the best because her Teeth weren’t strong enough yet to Eat the crunchy carrots. The little girl Loved her rabbits and visited each day These were her very best friends for Which she loved to play. |
