B= Boarder [From out of town, boards at Saratoga Falls] NB= Non-boarder [From Saratoga Falls, commutes to St. X] LB= Local boarder [From Saratoga Falls, boards at St. X.] Sixth form/Seniors Alloway, Mariah [NB] Self-proclaimed math nerd and best friend to Niamh Stirland. Day student who lives in Saratoga Falls, wears glasses. On the swim team. Ambard, Mathilde [B] French, from a very old aristocratic family. One of the main reasons Abigail Steiner took French every year was to try and befriend her, without success. Considers everyone else below her in social class. Baldwin, Todd [B] Prefect for Washington. Tries to pretend to be a good guy but with mixed success; in reality the main instigator of any partying involving drink, drugs or both. Plays on the football team as TE, keen rower. Boateng, Michael [LB] – African-American, incredibly fast runner and holds the school 100m record. Nicknamed Pwnteng. Cocky, not always deservedly so. Drewlin-Frye, Jacob [B] - A young man from a show-biz family. His mother, Erica Frye, is the star of CGIS, a police procedural about the Coast Guard; his father is a playwright. He naturally gravitates towards the theater but also to literature and especially admires the Romantic writers such as Keats or Byron. He actually harbors an intense crush on Abi. He's a fairly nice guy, just a bit of a sap so he's always on the outside looking in. Dustal, Emily [B] - Dislikes Abi but that's more by proxy. Used to be captain of the soccer team but got pushed out of her position by Davina who a much savvier politician and bitterly quit the team in protest. Hates Davina and so naturally she does not like Abi. Erikson, Alyssa [B] – Muscular disability, walks using a crutch (and jokes she got a sports scholarship). Wants to be a journalist and upset she is not a member of the Drinklings. Fiore, Chris [B] Strong interest in production and DJing; usually left in charge of music by fellow sixth formers. In an open relationship with Abigail Steiner. Gross, Kate [B] Prefect for Jefferson. Well liked, tends to be a lenient disciplinarian, but still believes in enforcing the rules. Has a boyfriend back home in Waxtend although nobody believes her. Hall, Marius [B] Prefect for Washington and Head Boy. Clean-cut, very sporty and a young Republican. Plays on the football team as QB, competes in decathlon in athletics. No relation to Ryan Hall. Hall, Ryan [B] Thin faced and suffers from acne. Dating a girl who works at a pizzeria in Saratoga Falls and pays for his gas by bringing back McDonalds and Taco Bell to underclassmen at inflated prices. No relation to Marius Hall. Hurley, Roxanne [NB] – Hipster cool kid. Short blonde hair cut tomboyishly, rumoured to be a lesbian and said to have an ex at Eastman. Works evenings at Monte Viso’s Mini-Golf and Go-Kart. Macklin, Davina ‘Vee’ [B] Abigail Steiner’s right hand. Member of the soccer team (defensive midfield). Tall, lean and with sharp features and black hair. Has designs on Marius Hall. Nichols, Aiden [B] Excellent STEM student. Has applied for an internship (not the job Will had a shot at) at Salopek for after he graduates. Occam, Mary [B] Rich, bitchy social queen. Short, dark-haired, with a Napoleonic complex. Reeves, Dalton [B] Prefect for Jefferson. Intends to apply for Annapolis and runs the dorms he supervises like a military base. Spends his weekends in a cadet program at Fort Suffolk. On the eventing team. Ricci, Scott [B] – Short, joker, dedicated member of the Drinklings. Known to use ghost stories to torment lower forms. Santos, Gabriel [NB] – Hispanic Petrolhead and gym rat, known for giving his best in virtually all circumstances. Go-to guy on campus for car trouble or if you need a jar of pickles opened. Steiner, Abigail ‘Abi’ [B] Prefect for Adams. Stunningly beautiful with chestnut hair. Appears angelic and is viewed as such by the faculty. In reality, she is a manipulative, hedonistic monster. Pill addiction. Member of the squash, tennis and eventing teams. In an open relationship with Chris Fiore. Stirland, Niamh [NB] Gamer girl day student, next door neighbor to Shelly Nolan in Acheson. Wears a promise ring. Wants to study at the University of Cambridge, UK and scheduled to go on an academic school-accredited trip there 11/20–11/24. Plays soccer (right back) and softball. Swain, Loki [B] – Dusty-haired and perpetually tired. Doesn’t seem to be rich, Catholic or a high achiever, and nobody is entirely sure how he got into St Xavier’s. Never explains to create a mystique. Member of the Hellfire Club. Tanner, Lucas [B] Prefect for Adams. Knows pretty much everything that goes on in the school and occasionally joins in, but is largely a neutral party. Plays basketball (shooting guard) and runs in the 100m and 200m. Van Buren, Tyler [B] - A soccer player, friends with Lucas Tanner. Affable and good looking but will never be part of the inner circle for those same reasons. He's also buddies with Jacob Drewlin-Frye, is aware of his crush on Abi, and doesn't get along Chris Fiore so even more reason for him to stay out. Washington, Frances [B] – Transfer student who arrived from Bosworth three weeks ago. Shy or withdrawn (it’s hard to tell), yet to really fit in with anyone. Rumored to have been kicked out of her last boarding school, though she seems so unassuming it’s hard to know why – just that her parents paid a lot to get her in. Wilmot, Ophelia [NB] Father owns the area Dairy Queen franchise. Wright–Wallace, Kristen [B] Overweight, part of Abigail Steiner’s group but constantly bullied by the others. Kristen’s family is extremely wealthy and her willingness to be a patsy means she is tolerated. Reluctant member of the softball team. Zero, Ken [LB] – Always referred to (by students or faculty) by his last name. Member of the choir and often joins drama productions. Underclassmen Corrigan, Margot (fifth form/junior) [B] - A junior girl into the occult and macabre. She's reserved but friendly despite some people (largely the snobs) finding her weird. Lattimore, Gail (fourth form/sophomore) [B] Popular in her year and considered a future prefect. Gail has no problem fitting in with most of the school's social circles, although she is never at the heart of any of them. Plays soccer (left wing) and flute. O’Malley, Hope (fifth form/junior) [B] Tennis/squash player. Lost both her match and the doubles in the inter-school tennis cup qualifying round, meaning the school was eliminated in a shock defeat a few days before BoM begins. Ross, Beatrice (fourth form/sophomore) [B] Blonde hair. Vapes. Townsend, Sam (fifth from/junior) [B] STEM student on a scholarship, being used by Mary Occam who sweet-talks him into doing her homework for her. On one hand he does dislike the fact he's used but on the other being a girl who's talking to him (kind of) means he's got a thing for Mary and believes that maybe if he keeps doing it he'll win her over.
