Prompt: How do you find relief when you feel overwhelmed?

I talk to friends and family about things. I watch my favorite shows and I read. I pray. I find a way to get the problem solved. A relaxing, gentle rain helps but we all know it doesn't rain on que. Doing writing helps. Us writers all know this. Going shopping puts me in a good mood and brightens my spirits. This is how I find relief.
