We do need to live our life. When I was scrapbooking, our instructor said we can't scrapbook every moment of our life. We do have to live it. Scrapbook the great things that happen. Recording our life. It is nice to keep journals about our life. Don't forget to live it and enjoy each moment. Be happy. At the end of the day, write about your day. You lived your day, now write about it and enjoy your life.
