Today is a crap day. Two of my dogs attacked one of our cats at 4 am. I had to kennel them, and then I had to coax the cat out from under the bed and he was just all slobbered on not even any pulled hair. I went back to bed. At 6 I woke up again and paroled the dogs, they spent the next hour reassuring themselves that I still wanted them, by slobbering and climbing all over me.

Eventually I got back to sleep. My wife woke me up just before 8 in the middle of a massive panic attack. I calmed her down and went in the kitchen to get a cold drink for her and discovered the kitchen trash had been rifled through and scattered all over the floor. I cleaned that up and went to take it out my front door.

We have a friend who has been in jail for 6 months his stuff has been storage in my back yard all that time. His girlfriend has been in storage at his sister's house all that time. He gets out on Tuesday. This morning his sister hit her max tolerance of the girlfriend and she put her on our porch before dawn. When I opened the door she was sitting there. I heard her tale and led with there was no way she could stay in our house. My wife has crippling social anxiety which is why she rarely comes on here except when she sends out badges for me. She's always had pleasant surprises waiting in her email, so I'm hoping she'll feel comfortable coming here more often. Anyway, that's when she said that the sister said she should ask if she could set up a tent in the back yard. After consultation with the wife I gave her a flat no. Then she asked if she could put three bags of clothing in with his stuff. So I unlocked the back fence so she could. She drug her feet mumbling to herself and took 45 minutes to move two of the three bags into the yard.

Meantime my dogs chose to knock the bucket off of my wife's commode which I hadn't had a chance to empty yet this morning. I cleaned up and went out to lock up the yard and the girlfriend was standing outside of the gate scratching her head and ass alternately with the third bag sitting at her feet. It was too heavy for her. So I carried it in put it with the others and recovered everything with the tarp.

That is when she asked it it was still a no to the tent. I replied it was still a flat no to tent, house and even coming in to use the bathroom. I didn't need a second panic attack today. She left. I locked the fence. Now I will need to check the part of our yard behind the fence part for a tent...

Punchline, it wasn't 10 yet.

So yeah, how's your day been?
