My journey from fat to fit! |

I’ve been trying to lose fat and get fit for a long time. This will be my blog about my fitness journey! When a lot of people go from extremely fat to healthy and fit, they usually leave a lot out of their story. For instance, in online articles someone might have one paragraph describing when they were 300 pounds and sneaking fast food on their way home before eating a regular dinner with their family, then in the next paragraph they’re out running 5K’s and 10K’s. I want to show the fitness journey from beginning to end, with a lot of details and the philosophical outlook I’ve come up with on my own to guide me on my fitness journey. Hopefully, my experience can help others. |
| Over the past few years I’ve dieted from January to March or April, then turned into a bloat lord during the summer months and gained it all back. In addition to dieting this year, I’m upping the ante with my workouts. I’m doing more repetitions during each set, and I’m lifting heavier weights. My goal is to lift frequently and consistently during this summer and try to get stronger on some of my lifts. I’ve got nothing better to do with my time, and I’ve got plenty of time. Before, I had to go to gyms to train, but it took a long time to get there and get home. Now, I’ve got a lot of equipment to train with at home, so there’s no reason to skip workouts or to just lift the same weight each workout. |
