Psalms 23: The Lord is my shepherd,
I shall not want.
He leads me beside green pastures,
He leads me beside the still waters.
He restores my soul.
He leads me to the paths of righteousness
For his names sakes .

Yes, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,
I will fear no evil,
For you are with me,
Your rod and staff, they comfort me.

These words comfort me and I think of this verse when I am having a bad day. The Lord is my shepherd and I am a sheep being directed by the Lord. He leads me beside green pasture and restores my soul. He directs my feet on the path of righteousness. I get nervous and upset but I pray all the time and remind myself God's got this.

The rest of the verse says he prepares a table for me and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever. I look forward to that day. I do love this verse. It's comforting and I read this verse and feel comforted. We all need that. God loves us and I have to remember that everyday. God and Jesus are our saviors. We would be lost without them. This verse says it all.
