Newbie here: hello everyone :)

I tried dragging and dropping my first item in the space provided, but it came across with lots of gunk with it, like 'line spacing' on every line etc. Am I supposed to edit out all that superfluous stuff myself? I used a norm Word document and was expecting it to come out as seen.

Help please.
