Actually, in History of the Bracelets I capitalized mine because of what I read in Chigaco's Book of Style.
Nationalities like American Indian, Irish, Germans and so forth are always capiltalized, so in my thoery, which is probably wrong, if you have a world where you have Dwarfs, Trolls, Elves, Humans and stuff, they should be capitalized.
However the Chicago Book of Style does not really say that, so it is an assumption on my part.
