This is definitely a difficult juggling act! I have four kids and am finishing school now. The only time I have to write is for a couple of hours a day during nap time. How old is your baby? Under 6 months--just keep sleeping. Over 6 months--when baby is in the crib, he/she is safe and you have a little bit of time. Don't worry, it gets easier.
