You'd have to get a group of people together to work on it. You got my vote and whatever assistance I might be able to offer. My suggestion would be to contact the leader of a few of the larger groups on here and have them send out a newsletter asking for support (assuming they like the idea). Suggestions might be the WDC Frontliners, and Simply Positive.

Not much SM can do about it unless you can get some people behind you.
