You do not need toes to twist, no waist either, unlike in the salsa or other complicated gyrations. (I like only the edible type of salsa)
Just hips, I got plenty o' those, and a modicum of flexibility in the knees! You hardly move from the spot either, which is great for cramped houses in Mumbai!
So, give me your hand, just stand right there. Swing your elbows a little and shake those hips, pretend you are trying to wiggle through a tight manhole!
