Would the Manage Signature area located within your My Account ... Options tab be helpful to you? You can specify what you would like your signature to include in this area.
Also, if you desire to have more than one signature option, you can always store several formats in a NotePad page, then copy whichever one you wish when you need it.
I suspect programming a check box to include a signature would only work for one stored signature, which is already available in your Manage Signature area.
