Actually, the USPS has approved certain vendors to create custom postage (which is what I used for my wedding invitations a few years ago), and those vendors have their own guidelines for appropriate images. Since some of these vendors offer custom postage for businesses to build their brand, WDC postage would be technically possible. The real question shifts to being cost effective for the site. I don't see it surviving a basic CBA, but that's just my outside opinion.
