Welcome to WDC! *Smile* I rarely try to write comedy (though it sometimes turns out that way). Best advice? Go to a public place (patio of a coffee shop is my usual spot) and people watch. You're bound to see all kinds of ridiculous things that could make a good cartoon. If possible, choose a spot where young people hang out... usually good for a laugh.
