First time goal setting...where to start?

Hi everyone,
This is my first goal post, so fingers crossed I manage it all....

1. Get my university work for the week done (meaning doing it before the due date rather than starting with 2 hours to go)
2. Finish writing the chapter of my novel I've been working on for far too long
3. Write at least 500 more words of my short story - The Haunted
4. Vacuum my flat - because quite frankly that is one of the worst jobs ever, second only to doing laundry

Yep, I think that's it.
