2) Continue preparing essays to be self-published.
3) Do at least 3 reviews on Writing.com
4) Post fresh essay to blog
5) Initiate Give it 100 goal ( "I am eating 1960 calories a day to lose .5 lbs a week, every day for 100 days") and continue posting and charting on Myfitnesspal.com
6) Strive for Conscientiousness
7) Show and Be Grateful Every hour of every day
8) Process negative self-talk to get completely rid of it.
9) Continue processing issues to gain freedom from toxic background
