1) Finish converting book to Word and ready to go and work on Kindle format. ONGOING
2) Continue listing foods on myFitnessPal.com AlWAYS
3) Strive for Conscientiousness ALWAYS
4) Show and Be Grateful Every hour of every day ALWAYS
5) Process negative self-talk to get completely rid of it. Psychotherapy11 AM Monday ALWAYS
6) Continue processing issues to gain freedom from toxic background ALWAYS
