Okay, adapt the exercise idea and when you wake up before you do anything else write for fifteen minutes about Samantha.

You could prompt yourself with some questions:

1. Who is Samantha?
2. What does Samantha look like?
3. How would you describe her personality.

Samantha is just a name that I randomly came up with -- use any name you like.
