Question, trying to get some ideas for a non-fiction ebook.

I am trying to get ideas for a non-fiction eBook series, preferably how-to or self help, and something that (a) would bring in passive income, and (b) something that is practical that people would want to read. The eBook would be 60-80 pages. I need some ideas of what people would want to learn in daily life, that is not writing-related as I am not a fiction writer. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide!
