When I am putting a new city in a place where there is no city, I copy and print a satellite view and a regular view of someplace in the world. Then I look around at city names and rearrange the letters to make new names and place cutouts of city boundaries. when done take a phone photo and email it to yourself. Now you can upload it and voila your new world. *BigSmile*
