i see no problems in changing POVs as long as the change is indicated in some way.
Better yet, in a novel, when the POV changes, giving the second POV its own chapter would be a good idea. This way there'll be a way out when the writer needs to write another scene in the third person.
In the chapters where Lili is talking, writing Lili in the beginning of the chapter would help the readers' comprehension, but this is not a set-in-stone rule.
