Yes, mine is front-heavy as well. I think there are two reasons: (1) mine is a sequel, so I know where the story starts pretty well (since it's where the last story ended), and (2) by design, we Prepped the earlier elements of the story (Beginning, Call to Action/Inciting Incident/Trigger, Refusal, Acceptance) more than the end (we brainstormed the conflict on Day 1, Premise and the resolution on Day 4, Theme, but those were subsets of more prominent assignments and probably haven't gotten a ton of attention yet.)
I'll be accepting feedback about the order of assignments this year, since the Calendar had a bit of an overhaul with the elimination of the bonuses. Do you feel like you wish you had a better handle on your ending at this point? I certainly do. In fact, I brainstormed my primary conflict (again) today and finally pinned it down, but I had no place to really log that.
