October Novel Prep Challenge

The suggestion box is open. We've already determined:

- more brainstorming earlier in the month (and less later)
- push up the climax exercise at least a week, maybe two
- push back complications
- push back literary devices
- push back character list (per Mumsy: "They're all standing backstage, waiting for someone to write some lines!")

Do you agree with this list? Disagree? Other comments and suggestions?
