Dear Char:
I wish introspection wasn't so hard on one's soul. It picks away at those scabs covering the past that hurt us so much. Our souls quiver with pain from each scab removal. In time those open sores heal, but that takes time. When we feel in a decline, time is not our friend. The pain is too much.
However, Char, those of us with the more intuitive, feeling side of life can look at minutes, hours, or days of sunshine and know everything will be OK. Hang onto those moments, my internet friend.
I, also, wish I had more magic words for you. I have grown to appreciate you and the good work you do with our little group. And try to remember, that like the rainbow, the end of an arc can be a pot of gold.
