I used to do yoga, many years ago, right after I split from the ex-husband and I think that helped at the time, until things just happened back to back to back that made me tailspin. I never did get back into it and my excuse is, I'm sure like everyone's, time.
Maybe I need to stop letting that be my excuse now and at least give it another go. Wouldn't hurt to try, right?!( well besides the fact that I'm 10 years older and feel 50 years older )
