As someone who's compiled his own list of information on characters, I think it's fine to start small or with what you have. Wikis are designed to be edited later on, so articles or entries being incomplete when they start out should be perfectly acceptable as long as they are edited or added to. It's also important to know that you would, ideally, have others working on compiling the information.
