Good suggestion. Definitely the best is to use "Favorites" so that it shows up in the right hand column when anything changes in it. The first five in that list will show under that item how long ago something changed. Scrolling over the others should give a little box under the pointer that says how long ago it was updated. This will help to see if the change was a while back before you were last on and you probably already saw it.
