I put "The Fake Book" at the end of "Prologue" so that you'd know to click on it. Maybe, to make it clearer, put To begin the story: instead of To continue?
I'd like for the top chapter in the chapter list to be the most recently posted chapter (which by default is how books work) so that readers can find the most recent chapter(s) easily and consistently. I might include a link to the Table of Contents, or position the Table of Contents at the top of the entry list, when the book is full.
