I think we're now back on track. Will's plan is pretty much the same (and in fact I have preserved the essence of the character created, which was a commission bit), but just moved some of the chess pieces around. We should be good for line of 3-4 chapters.
After which... well. I have two very interesting possibilities to explore in other lines.
