Question - What's a Protogen?

Any type of creature that could be covered by a Masquerade - Aliens, Fantasy creatures, Monsters, Anthros, giant transforming robots, talking animals - anything that uses some sort of disguise - magic, technology, clever outfit, what have you - or some sort of Top Secret Agency - Men in Black, Ministry of Magic - in order to hide from Normal Humans, is allowed.

Basically, if you want to have a big burly cop chasing after a speedy purse-snatcher, only for it to be revealed that they are a Space Reptilian and a Centaur, respectively, go for it.
