I know it's a thing, but don't ask me how to do it. Anyway, if you can do that, then you can maybe "write" while doing other things like dressing. Another option is to schedule a time of day and stick to it like a doctor's appointment. Otherwise, I don't have a suggestion. I just stay up until 2 am to do my homework. Of course, I might not have to if I wasn't on WdC all day...
