Well, First City comes to mind, but I think that's too basic. Another thought was Gazoo, after the Martian on the Flintstone cartoon, but then Marvin, from Buggs Bunny would be pretty good, too.
In the end, I decided on Romulus since he was the firstborn of Mars in mythology (I think). Of course, the second city should be a twin to the first and named Remus.
