I'm a "spicy" little thing, thanks to all my cooking / baking endeavors.


"Free range" Spices (not included in the mixes below)

– Salt => normal (with iodine) & sea
– Pepper => black, white & cayenne
– Curry
– juniper berries
– caraway & cumin
– bay leaves


– Döner kebab Spice Mix => paprika, onion, oregano, rosemary, thyme, chili, mint
– Pumpkin Spice => cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg blossom, pimento, cloves


2 Frozen mixes, too:

– 8 herbs => parsley, dill, cress, chervil, chives, sorrel, borage, salad burnet (but I like the German word, Pimpinelle better)

– Italian Herbs => red onion, basil, thyme, oregano, green garlic (also parsley)
