For the Döner spice mix, I first stuck with the recipe in my Turkish cookbooks I bought the mentioned mix out of curiosity, to see how that one tastes – funny enough spiced Greek gyros with it. But Döner's a bit a like cheesecake – everyone has their different recipe (also in spices, and not only) in Turkey for the dish.
Here some – guaranteed unspiced – "20. Chocolate Semifreddo" and a bucket of Devil's Brew for the hostess!
