I usually eat waffle fries or potato wedges because you can tell they're real potatoes with skins. I haven't had curly fries in years and years. For this special occasion, I'd choose curly fries, because they have the most surface area for frying crispy. I doubt they're made with actual potatoes, though. Does anyone know? I think they're probably made with potato flour and other stuff and then squeezed through a Play-Doh pasta extruder.
