But write that character into your story. Just as I am in NYC and you it as background, use the Falkland-Setting. It's surely impressive, nature-wise... and there ARE penguins down in the Southern tip of Argentina / Chile. I've once seen a doc on penguins on the Falklands... I think.

So not too weird a story point.
