Now that I understand how my brain works, I'm working on doing all the things I couldn't do before because...brain.

Fixed my diet *Check*
Started exercise (in the loosest sense possible) *Check*
Grew out my grey *Check*

In this exact moment, and for many weeks to come, I'll be removing things from my house. Not really minimalism, but I learned my brain needs restful (uncluttered) spaces and fewer choices to make.
