A lot of weeds still have flowers. It's just people have this misguided idea that they're a waste of nutrients.
There's two flowering weeds that are quite lovely. They used to grow in my parent's backyard.
Bindweed actually is related to domestic Morning Glories; they have a white flower with small shocks of pink at the center. Not as showy as "real flowers" but beautiful still.
The other we used to call "deadly nightshade". (Probably had a different name we didn't know) It had almost snap dragon like flowers. Most commonly, they were purple with bright yellow stamens. A mutant variety of the weed produced white flowers. It always got tiny golden berries in late summer.
Anyways reason I bring them up is that you don't have to be domestic to have a flower. Also, people's perceptions of what is and isn't good vary.
